GOT OVERVIEW?   An Overview of "The Big Meeting" 

The first GOT PAY? Organization Meeting was held on Monday March 21, 2005. Our sincere thanks to The Cleveland Play House for providing the Drury Theater, Adcom Communications, Inc. for providing the slide projector and Cleveland Audio Visual for providing the projection screen.  Without them, this event would not have been possible!

Organized by Jean Zarzour, the meeting was supported by 12 Panelists of professional artists, writers, producers, directors, film makers and educators who led a very lively discussion and debate with 67 attendees.  (see GOT MENTOR? for panelist info) We shared ideas, concerns and war stories concerning nearly every aspect of earning a fair wage in the entertainment industry, from 6:30 - 9:30pm, with only one 5 minute break.  You could say we had plenty to talk about!

The following 12 slides were presented in a Power Point Presentation that guided the discussion about how to generate more paying work for all artists in the midwest region.  These slides also best explain the overall mission of the GOT PAY? Organization.
